Price Reduction: The category of customer upon which this award is predicated
will be End Users whom receive a 0% discount on assorted items of 1 through 25;
5% discount on assorted items of 26 or more; and 10% discount on same
group/series of 25 or more from the Art Dallas Incorporated’s price list cited
above. The Government receives 5% discount on assorted items of 1 through 25;
10% discount on assorted items of 26 or more; and 15% discount on same
group/series of 25 or more (4.3%, 9.3%, and 14.4% inclusive of IFF). The price
relationship will be maintained throughout the contract period. Further, for the
purpose of the Price Reduction Clause, any change in the Contractor’s commercial
pricing or discount arrangement applicable to End Users, which disturbs this
relationship, shall constitute a price reduction |
